Incredible experience for shopping chainsaws. Maybe one the most helpful customer service interactions. Rylan (spelling?) is a PRO, his knowledge of chainsaws was impressive and makes me 100% likely to return to buy more from him in the future. I left two broken chainsaws for them to fix too.

I had an amazing experience shopping at Hills Flat Lumber. I was wandering the aisles looking for what I needed when Steven saw me . He asked the various things I was shopping for an guided me throughout the store to quickly get everything I needed. He advised me on my project and what I should get to do it properly. I was really impressed that he showed me cheaper options and how to save money at the same time.

Rylan in the rental department is hands down, awesome. A piece of my generator broke and he was determined/willing to fix it. It took some time but he was so patient and tried different things until it was fixed (the whole time I was about ready to give up). Thank you Rylan for your dedication to fixing this for me!!

I brought in a very worn down car key that wouldn’t even turn in my car anymore to the Key Department here and they did an AMAZING job, went above and beyond to make a key copy that, despite how damaged the original was, worked in the ignition and got me home! Staff member Riley worked quickly and efficiently, above and beyond, trialed and errored a few times, but got my car to start, saving me a tow truck bill!! Both Riley and manager Danny worked incredibly hard to help me and I will definitely be recommending this business to my friends. Staff was kind, helpful, hardworking, and skilled, with amazing problem solving skills. 10/10 recommend and would use again.

The indoor plant section of hills flat is amazing! I love the selection of indoor plants they offer as well as pot choices! Super unique options to choose from! Their outdoor plant area is pretty large! They had a great selection of veggie starts that were great organic quality! The garden manager is so nice and super informative if you need any help with questions or how to's. The one downside I think is the inside of the store is a bit confusing! It's very large inside, and they have a great carhartt section and a lot of Womens carhartt! It's a little strange though; the carhartt area is all closed off maybe they have had bad theft before but it's a little inconvenient! I just love how big their selection is for women. Most stores like tractor supply have nothing for women!

Thanks to Emily in appliances. I purchased a refrigerator from Massachusetts for my mother living up in hills outside Colfax. She was extremely accommodating and easy to work with and I never had to set foot in the store. Delivery was made to my mother without issue. Thanks Emily.

I bought a washer and dryer at Hills Flat. Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products. He set me up with a great deal on a great product! I LOVE the GE units I got. They are worth every penny. Doing laundry is no longer a chore. This was my first experience at HF and I'll definitely be back to check out more of their stuff. They had a great selection and friendly workers.
