The unit was delivered without the wood panel shown in all ads. There was a Quick Owner's Guide, but no Owner's Manual and the on-line version was still showing the old ice maker shut-off switch. A plus was the new LED lighting, bright and clear.

Got my first one and it makes an obnoxious knocking noise every so often. It's not the ice maker and it also happens every time the door is closed. GE replaced it and the second one does the same thing. It's a poorly designed fridge. It's also too deep to have it meet up flush with your cabinets unless you pull your cabinets out a bit or recess the entire area behind the fridge. Even if you recess the outlet as suggested, the hose and power cord keep it from sitting flush against the wall. Intelligence would suggest to make it 23" instead of 24" to make life easier on everyone. I tried to get my second fridge replaced or refunded and was denied as they only do that if it "doesn't work as designed" which evidently means only if it doesn't cool. It could sound like a rocket going off and they wouldn't care. Stay away from GE/Monogram appliances.

We love the volume of ice this makes. One issue is it get so full some falls out into the bottom of the unit then drips. Also getting some moisture inside when humid. Wish all the shelves fully slid out. Nice fridge overall.

We bought a house that had this refrigerator installed in the bar. The ice maker is great, but takes up most of the interior space. There is a roll-out shelf at the bottom that takes bottles, but the other shelves are fixed and just tall enough to stand up cans, not even standard beer bottles.

The thing when full of ice, continues to click on off on off all day and night. I've called for service to come out and fix it, it is about two weeks old and will not quit.

This fridge is great if you're only putting soda cans in it. If you were to put beer bottles in it, you'll need to take the first shelf out, which leaves a ton of unnecessary space on top and there is only one shelf on the bottom to put sodas or mini waters. I purchased this because it has an ice maker in it, which is what we really needed it for. The icemaker is pretty large and makes a lot of ice, the only issue is that when it is completely full it freezes into one solid block of ice that you need to chip away at. The shelving spacing could be improved but overall, it's a decent undercounter fridge and significantly cheaper than the similar SubZero model.

Disappointed. The Icemaker is a bit bigger than expected and takes up way too much room in the fridge, and there is no way to adjust the level of ice it makes. It freezes into one big block so we have to dump it every other week.

My Monogram refrigerator only lasted 6 years. Compressor went out and the repair cost was so high it was better to replace the unit. Disappointing.

Have had for several months and it performs well. Ice maker works very well and unit is quiet. Only issue is that we would have preferred to have the door open from the opposite direction and that is not a feature on this product.
