nicely designed, has all the features that i am looking for, including a basic simple to understand thermostat, and no complicated features. Heater supplies supplies plenty of hot water, its just there with nothing to maintain or monitor. This is the only brand that i have seen that makes exactly what i was looking for in a hot water heater,and GE makes reliable appliances
